====== Hunting Range ======

The Hunting Range is a location of interest in 65M BC. It is located on the northwestern region of the single continent, east of [[dactyl_nest|Dactyl Nest]].

The Range contains no [[key_items|Key Items]]. Instead, it offers a place to farm trading materials to exchange for high-quality equipment in the [[ioka_village|Ioka Village]] [[trading_post|Trading Post]].

Periodically, the Range will have a rainstorm move in. While it is raining, one of three Nu enemies will appear, which can be fought for additional materials.

**Requirements:**
    Game Mode:
    Standard: Gate Key and travelling through the Gate in the Medina Imp's closet.
    Lost Worlds: None.
    Legacy of Cyrus: Gate Key and travelling through the Gate in the Medina Imp's closet.
    Ice Age: Gate Key and travelling through the Gate in the Medina Imp's closet.

==== Materials Farming ====

The materials in use at the Trading Post are Fangs, Feathers, Horns, and Petals.

The drops from enemies in the Hunting Range are not completely random.

Each Croaker/Amphibite/Rain Frog encounter will drop three different materials, and Ion/Anion encounters will drop the remaining material and an extra copy of one of the frogs' drops.

Each Nu will grant three of all materials when defeated. Each Nu can only be fought once per location load. Only one Nu will spawn at a time.

One Nu spawns at each of the northwest, northeast, and southeast corners of the map. If the player is near a Nu's spawn location when it begins to rain, that Nu will not spawn.
