Most Accessories are not randomized even with gear rando enabled. This is in part because many of the effects from accessories become available as effects on weapons, helmets, or armor. Exceptions are outlined on this page.
There is a 75% chance the Rage and Frenzy Bands will remain with a counterattack as their effect and a 25% chance that either will change their effect to “ATB fill.” This means that when the character wearing the band is hit by an enemy attack, their ATB meter will immediately become full.
There is a 25% chance the PrismSpecs become HasteSpecs instead (will not increase damage by 50%, will grant Haste to the user).
Rocks use slightly fancier probabilities to determine their boost or buff. The Rock will never lose its ability to enable its Triple Tech.
