Good shop:

5/10 chance of Low Mid and Mid consumables
5/10 chance of Mid and Mid High items

Best shop:

5/10 chance of Mid High, High, and Awesome consumables
5/10 chance of Mid High, High, and Awesome items

Shops have the same tiering list for these item slots as regular chests do, except with the following exceptions: shops don't sell Power Meals, GreenDreams, or Power/Magic/Speed Tabs.
