Zeal will use Halation, which reduces all party members' HP to 1, her first two turns. Because of her low HP of 5000 and the availability of the menu glitch afterwards, it's not recommended to try to heal. Damage her as quickly as possible and use the menu glitch to open the menu and heal for the next fight (Mammon Machine).

Attacks with lightning. Casts powerful shadow and water/physical AoEs. If the party takes too long to damage her, she will cast Hexagon Mist, a powerful water/physical-based AoE.
Avoid attacking the hands, as they have powerful counters (so limit AoEs). Once the Face's HP is halved, it will cast Halation which lowers all party members' HP to 1. It will then follow up with MP Buster and Hexagon Mist.
Note that even though the Hands are identical, they have different drops and Charmables.
