This version of Dalton is never fought in Jets of Time. The single Golem is fought instead.

Nobody is happy to see Dalton Plus, who only shows up in Boss Randomization mode - which means that players never know where he'll appear. It also means players will never know his exact HP value.
Dalton will counterattack every time you hit him. Physical and non-elemental attacks (including Charm) are countered with Iron Orb, which cuts that character's HP in half, and elemental attacks will be countered by a full-party tech of the opposite element. There is one exception to this rule: Lightning-elemental attacks are countered only by Iron Orb.
In addition to these counterattacks, Dalton will perform single-target attacks in a five-round consistent pattern: first and second he will hit with a magical “fireball” attack for low damage. Next, he'll use a slashing attack for medium-to-high physical damage. The last two are physical “fireballs” that cause very high damage. This last one can one-shot most characters, even at full health in many cases.
One's exact strategy for defeating Dalton Plus might vary a lot between seeds. Keep in mind full-party healing, using the Safe status, increasing HP with Earrings, and any elements you might be able to mitigate - as you have full knowledge of Dalton's counterattacks based on what you used to attack him.
