Hard Item Difficulty

When playing on hard difficulty for Items, players begin with 10,000G instead of 20,0000. In addition, shop prices are adjusted for some common items:

Full Tonic	5000	7500
Ether	80	240
Mid Ether	3000	4500
Full Ether	6000	9000
Hyperether	8000	10000
Lapis	10000	12000
